Our Vision...
The vision behind the Magnolia Ball started from a conversation Heather DeFazio and I had in 2018. We were daydreaming about planning a dance for homeschoolers and didn't think it could be a reality.
Fast forward to 2019. Our daughters got invited to a formal ball in New Jersey. After the initial invite, it snowballed, and we were able to fill two and a half tables. More kids were interested but the tickets sold out and they were put on a waiting list. Our girls had a blast, but the location was a bit far. That's when our idea started to become more of a reality... "We need something like this in our area!"
We looked into it, did some research, called and emailed about 10 different places, and finally (after many prayers) decided on a beautiful banquet hall in Central Bucks, PA. We were like two giddy school girls after we put our deposit down... "Can't believe this is actually happening!"
Our Commitment...
We uphold a conservative Christian worldview and will be using that as our model in all aspects of planning this event.
We are a Christian homeschool organization made up of parents that want to honor God in all we do pertaining to this formal event. God, above all else, is to be praised for allowing this event to take place! Without Him, we can do nothing!
Our hearts are for the kids to have an amazing, memorable experience with their friends that will last a lifetime.
We are committed to this vision and our goal is to continue making this an annual event.
"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." John 15:5
